Simplicity 3247; ca 1950; CHILD’S ONE-PIECE SUN DRESS AND BOLERO. A bias fold of the upper edge trims the fitted bodice. Large flap pockets, also trimmed with a bias fold, are featured on the four-gored skirt. The brief bolero is styled with a one-buttoned closing at the neck and short kimono sleeves with narrow bias cuffs. Shoulder straps and belt are optional. Style I features a contrasting bolero.
