After the Battle of Coruscant, Magus became the flagship of the Red Fleet, and would lead the battle against the Empire during the Ambush at Todell. During the battle, her bridge would be breached by an Imperial torpedo, killing Fenes and the bridge crew. Her experienced crew attempted to regain control from the secondary bridge, but continued barrage from Imperial Star Destroyers reduced her hull to slag, and Magus was vaporized with the rest of her crew.
