A powerful profiling tool that is widely used in the Delphi community (including by Borland themselves). It is also capable of perfoming code coverage tasks- useful for validating that your unit testing is complete. There is still room for improvement though- it could be made easier to use out of the box and some features could be extended. However, I would highly recommend this tool to others.
