The Graym were a spacefaring civilization native to a homeworld located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants. Captain James T. Kirk and the crew of the Federation starship USS Enterprise established first contact with the Graym towards the end of their five-year mission. (TOS novel: Allegiance in Exile) The Graym may be the same species as the Graymel.
