The Blood Slide Boxes are objects in DEXTER and the Dexter Book Series. They serve as "Trophy Cases", housing the many blood slides that Dexter Morgan has collected over the years for his many victims. As of current, there are two Blood Slide Boxes: one box from prior to the end of Season Two and the destroyed box that existed from Season Three to Season Seven.
