The Vertigo Bar and Grill is an unmarked location in the Fallout 3 add-on The Pitt. The bar is run by Harris. It is where the Pitt raiders come to forget about their troubles by finding happiness at the bottom of a bottle or a get a good meal, something hard to come by in the Pitt.
