The Wellte-ir Massacre was a battle fought on the Wellte-ir system during the Galactic Civil War. The battle involved Scandium Team, a twenty-eight-member infiltrator unit from the Rebel Alliance, versus an unknown enemy which was probably related to the Galactic Empire. The battle began on planet Bresnan. Fifteen of the twenty-one members of Scandium Team were killed during the first stages of the battle. Scandium survivor Aven Cholus managed to rescue five other survivors from the Umber Banks. Scandium commanders Dutra Zeneta and Harovan Toth were among the survivors.
