Margaret "Meg" Radcliff, nee Dandridge was the wife of Victor Radcliff. They were engaged before the French and Spanish War, and married after the war ended. They had three children together, none of whom lived past their second year. Meg was simultaneously proud of her heroic husband and horrified when he left her on long trips. She did not want him to lead the Army of the Atlantean Assembly during the Atlantean War of Independence, but saw that he was the best qualified candidate, and so tearfully and angrily permitted him to go.
