The Red Ring Road is a long circular route that surrounds Lake Rumare and provides access to Imperial City. The road bridges the Upper Niben River at the southeast and bridges over White Rose River to the south. The only major road that does not connect to the Red Ring Road is the Orange Road. During the Great War, the Red Ring Road played staging ground to the Battle of the Red Ring, in which Titus Mede II's forces marched on the Aldmeri-occupied Imperial City.
