These merchants can be found in all the larger towns and cities: Florapolis, London, Paris and Beijing. The things they sell will change a lot for each town, according to the level of quests you will get in the respective cities. Some of the tools and equipment-merchants will sell tools (London and Paris), most of them will sell wands, all of them will sell you different guides for "forging", especially components, but also tools and wands. You will need to buy some of these guides to complete certain quests.
