The Southern Valley is a territory featured in RAGE. It is located within the Northern Wasteland. This area is controlled by the Authority. It is the location of the Authority Prison. The territory is rather small and connects to the Scorcher Territory. It is a small strip of land extending from the area that holds Kvasir's Sewers. A bandit vehicle drives around the area and will follow the protagonist to the gates of the prison. Authority infantrymen will shoot from the guard posts at both the protagonist and the bandits.
