He is more ruthless than Hypneegee himself and killed Fledow, Fedgehawg Doode, Spacedgehawg Doode, Failneek, and Astroedow. He is blurry like all others and is an enemy of Hedgehawg Doode. No one knows how he came to exist in the world and is seen by many to appear in dreams and give hollucinations. He can be seen by his victims as they scream or yelp. The only who tried to fight him and lived was Creepedgehawg Doode he has .EXE eyes. His glowing yellow eyes are seen in the dark. Nobody knows where he came from or how he came to exist.
