CHakandana, the Random Poke'mon. Name is a play of "chakra", "mana", and "random". It is randomly decided, upon sighting, whether it has two types and what they are. Same for it's ability(s). It learns one random move per level. It's stats are also random, but cannot exceed a total of 15 asterisk marks (out of 5 for each stat)
