The Head Sister was the eldest of the 50 Daughters of King Thespius. She and her sisters hunted Hercules relentlessly after King Thespius said he wanted the hero to sire children for each of his daughters. Hercules eventually convinced her that he would only have a child with a woman he loved and she and her sisters turned their attention to Salmoneus (HTLJ "Eye of the Beholder").
