Blind2 makes the target receive the Blind2 combat flag, followed subsequently by the Blind combat flag, which in turn will give the target a small penalty to accuracy. This penalty lasts until the victim next performs two attacks, and then it disappears. The penalty it creates is the same as Blind, but it lasts an additional turn in duration. This effect is commonly used in attacks such as Photon Pistols or other attacks implementing bright flashes of light, as well as attacks that use sonic or electrical energy to temporarily disrupt systems.
