Oceanstone is a new gemstone released with the New Ventures update that can be found while mining underwater. It can be obtained by cutting an Uncut oceanstone, or as a very rare drop from several high level monsters. The gem can be made into Oceanstone jewellery using the Crafting skill. 10,000 Altar tokens can be exchanged with Antheros for a cut oceanstone, however this option requires 99 in all skills and at least one Guthix dragon kill. The stone may also be chipped to make 24 Oceanstone bolt tips with a Fletching level of 92, but this would be unwise, considering the value of the bolts compared to the oceanstone jewellery.
