The third season of the Schizophrenia brand for Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA) (which currently is the Insanity brand of Lords of Pain Wrestling) commenced during July 2005 and concluded on November 1, 2006. The season contained only four Schizophrenia-exclusive shows until Altered Reality III took place, showcasing e-wrestlers from Schizophrenia and the PWA's opposite brand, Pyromania.
