Yes puffed rice is good for diabetes. I was detected for diabetes very recenty. Doctor advised me that for a long time V shud not starve & hence to have baked vegetables by 11.30AM (inbetween B/fast & lunch) and to have puffed rice at about 4.30 PM (inbetween lunch & dinner) Enjoy it with added fried gram which also is good & tasty. I buy some 2 or 3 packets of puffed rice. in large frying pan heat 2 teaspoons sunflower or any refined oil, add crushed garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder & curry leaves & add puffed rice, simmer the fire and stirring. store it in a airtight container & have every day.
