Landris II was the second planet in its star system. In 2369, there was an archaeological excavation headed by Doctor Mowray on this planet. Captain Jean-Luc Picard, who was interested in the dig on Landris II, attempted to contact the doctor. However, the attempt failed because Stellar Cartography requested a communications blackout while they ran an experiment. (TNG: "Lessons" ) This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
