Ith-Dor was one of the capital cities of Typha-Dor, along with Sarus-Dor. A planetary space center, at which the Typha-Dor High Council met for high security and strategic planning meetings, lay between the two capitals. The High Council consisted of the world's "twin rulers," its High General, and a cadre of lesser generals.
