Oracle tells Batgirl as her time in the costume, about how much she enjoyed it, including the attention it got her from the men. While gradually getting hints of a dangerous new designer drug called Soul on the streets of Gotham, Batgirl wears Oracle's old costume and finds that although it is very different, she doesn't want to wear it again.
