Joe Bill O'Dell is a former NASCAR driver from Baltimore, MD. He competed in eleven Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. O'Dell's debut came in 1953, when he competed at Richmond. It was a respectable race for the driver, finishing 14th in the event. With that minor success, O'Dell competed in four other races that year, recording finishes of 25th or better in each show. His best race was a career-best 10th place finish at Martinsville in his season finale.
