Oneiroscopy is the art of divining sympathetic dreams within the Skein in order to travel through them - usually using divining methods that involve luck or chance. The changeling selects a particular dreamer as the subject of inquiry and a target dream within the myriads of the Skein as her ultimate destination. Normal humans work best; for some reason their life-threads easily link to others. Supernatural beings are less bound to the whole Skein, but powerfully linked to select threads as they lead wonderful, terrible lives.
