Shamae asks Link to help her find a way to float into the sky. Link must use at least two or more Octo Balloons to lift one of the Barrels near Shamae. If not in his inventory, Link can obtained Octo Balloons by defeating Octoroks in nearby Pico Pond. After having built a floating barrel, Shamae rewards Link with a rare Star Fragment.
