The Vatican, officially the State of the Vatican City (Esperanto: Ŝtato Vatikanurbo; Latin: Status Civitatis Vaticanæ), is a member state of the European Union. Its a city-state and it's therefore its own capital. The Vatican is the only member state in the EF that isn't a democracy.
