The story of Jedi Alliance takes place during the Clone Wars era. When Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and her squadron of clone troopers are attacked by the Nightsisters, she calls for reinforcements from Jedi Anakin Skywalker his Padawan Ahsoka Tano, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, Mace Windu, and Kit Fisto.
