The Signature Policy is clear. Template signatures are allowed but it must be named "Template:YOURUSERNAME/sig". Any not named that will be deleted. In your signature you can not have something like "I like cheese!!!" linking to your userpage, if you do not change it within 24 hours after it has been seen by an administrator, you will be blocked.
