Secret Agent 007 was a cheap pirate copy of the Ratchet & Clank series. It was developed by High Impact Games. Its main character was James Bond whose secret code was 007. The game itself takes about one minute to complete, but in Challenge Mode it sux and takes about 3 millenia to finish.
