Roogo was a Foremole of Redwall Abbey and a companion of Ding Toller and Jum Gurdy, and often spent time with the pair in the cellar. He played a melodeon, and was put in charge of the Cellars when Jum went with Uggo Wiltud on the quest to seek out Wullow. Roogo was a minor character; little else is known.
