Greg Forte was a Human male. He was a Lieutenant in Starfleet and served aboard the USS Defiant. In January 2377, he served as the tactical officer on the Defiant during its pursuit of Taran'atar, who was aboard the USS Euphrates. He was almost able to fire the phasers at it before a microtorpedo on a nearby ultritium rich comet detonated, damaging the Defiant. Forte later worked with Sam Bowers on finding a way to breach the IKS noH'pach's cloaking device, using schematics of the Haqtaj-class provided by Lorgh. (DS9 novel: Warpath)
