Priest's Primer is an item that appears in Dragon Quest IX. It gives a player who holds it in their inventory the ability to cast a Wave of Relief, which removes negative status afflictions from all allies. The Priest's Primer can be obtained by completing Quest 94 (Nurtural Selection).
