Lucceile is a character in the Star Control universe. This character commands the Gaia Starbase location in the star control universe during the events of the Captains second voyages (2165-2169) taking place in the game Project 6014. She has relativly very little information to give in general and even about herself, and she does buy minerals personally and her base will also sell Fuel and crew members as well as Buy and of the many kinds of ships including Syreen Penetrator.
