Order 66 was an order issued by Darth Sidious during the Clone Wars to exterminate every Jedi in the galaxy. The survival rate for the order was one hundred percent, as no one actually died. Two of the Jedi had retired three years earlier, Obi-Wan Kenobi had escaped to Mustafar where he confronted Anakin Skywalker, Master Windu had merely fallen out of Palpatine’s office, Yoda went into exile, and Anakin became Darth Vader. The only injury sustained by anyone during the execution of the order was a Clone trooper on Utapau and Anakin on Mustafar. This order was mistaken as Order 99, as Darth Sidious was holding the list upside down when he initially read it.
