Tom Whiman (born 16th April 1986), is an American ewrestler better known by the ring name Blue Lightning. He is currently signed to the efed Extreme Wrestling Entertainment where he is a prolific tag team and high-flying wrestler. He became a source of controversy in the EWE after it was revealed he was wrestling in the company under-age.
