The Retail Caucus was a wealthy corporation that existed during the final years of the Galactic Republic, and was one of the myriad corporate entities attracted into the command structure of the Confederacy of Independent Systems by Count Dooku's promises of unlimited pursuit of profits. Like its fellow corporations, the Retail Caucus reinforced the Confederacy's growing military with its private droid army, which consisted of its distinctive LR-57 combat droids.
