Brefrely "Bref" Flynn was born in England to Clarence Flynn and an unknown mother. Later, his father got married to Lucinda Fletcher. Bref hated his step-brother Plinius at first, but after their parents disappeared (thinking they abandoned them), they became partners and began a gang called "The Corrupted Cluster". As they got more followers, they ran away to Danville after being chased by the police. He then met his Danville counterpart Ferb, along with many good counterparts of his fellow gang members. Thus, their rivalry is born.
