Emil Karlberg was a Nuncian citizen and an officer in the Nuncio Space Force. In 1920 PD, he held the rank of Commodore and was the senior officer of the Nuncio Space Force. He met with President Adolfsson and Captain Aivars Terekhov of the Royal Manticoran Navy to discuss how HMS Hexapuma could be of assistance to the Nuncians. Karlberg informed Terekhov of a group of unidentified vessels which had recently penetrated the system. (SI1)
