Probably the most powerful Lunar remaining alive save Leviathan, but even that is open for debate. Raksi, Queen of Fangs, is the most potent sorcerer in existence save the Deathlords, Third Circle Demons, and a couple of the best Sidereals. She is also utterly mad. Leviathan and Serentatis revealed Raksi's link to Fern when the party questioned them about it on the Portrait of the Champions of the West. They seemed rather uncomfortable about the subject and preferred to think of their job of gathering the Lunars as complete. Leviathan seemed skeptical of his ability to meet with her.
