Captain Jacob Stewart is most famous as commanding officer of Deep Space 12 and as the Bajoran Emissary of the Prophets. He left DS12 at the end of the Dominion War to join the Bajoran Prophets, but returned to linear existence just in time for the birth of his daughter, Madison Stewart. After a brief retirement, Captain Stewart returned to Starfleet due to the Borg invasion in 2381 and remained with the fleet following the end of the conflict, in command of the USS Robinson.
