Sur Le Mer Coucher was a restaurant located aboard the Federation space station Helaspont Station in the early 24th century. From its position in the station's Sea of Marmara arm, at least one transparent bulkhead afforded views of the Helaspont Nebula. The restaurant's proprietor and chef was Georges Rochambeau. In the year 2319, the station's commanding officer, Amina Sasine, booked a table at Sur Le Mer Coucher for her eighth wedding anniversary with her husband, John Harriman.
