the seminar lecturer is an Elona+ exclusive friendly unique NPC. Added in 1.65. She can be met in The Adventure Seminar (second floor) if player chose the third option in the second dialogue when registering from the red sword. She gives tutorial seminar when player spawned in the second floor map. She also answers player's question regarding the tutorial when talked too. In combat, she shoots her target. When she has enough gauge, she uses Rocket Fire special action. She also throws potion (minor).
