This Song was developed in 3049 AD by Jaza as a way to communicate with Frelia, and to allow other Reyvateils to use her powers whenever her D-Cellophane is Installed into the singer. In more simpler words, the effect of this Song is to activate Frelia's D-Cellophane in the body of the singer, changing her Hymn Code band to be identical to Frelia's own and giving her access to Frelia's consciousness and power, which is what allowed the advancement of the civilization of Metafalss. Frelia herself has no recollection of this, and she herself has described that this was like talking in her sleep to the people that lived below Sol Marta.
