The Paraphernalia Wagon was in the TV special Halloween is Grinch Night. The Grinch uses The Paraphernalia Wagon as his means of terrorizing the citizens of Whoville as it is home to a psychedelic show of monsters known as "The Unhuman Race". In the beginning of the special The Grinch's dog Max pulls the wagon but at the end of the special The Grinch is seen pulling the wagon.
