Alfred Lo is an investigator with the Hong Kong Police Force Triad Bureau, and the partner of Clifford Wu. In the Fall of 2009, he and his partner investigated the events that led to the deaths of Peng and He Qingcai and their mother, Eleanor Wish, two unidentified men at the Chungking Mansions, Dennis Ho, and two unidentified employees of Northstar Seafood & Shipping on September 13th. They intended to take Harry Bosch back to Hong Kong to face charges.
