The school has been in service since before the Cylon War. Since then, however, the school has had significant increases in technology. Networked computers have made the process of accessing information on subjects faster and easier, and have allowed the procurement of several flight simulators for pilot training. There was an OCS on each of the wealthier colonies; Caprica, Picon, Scorpia, Tauron and Virgon.
