Professor Mizuna (水菜ハカセ, Mizuna Hakase) is a former colleague and and esteemed scientist, Dr. Kurinuku. Unlike his friend, mizuna envisioned to create a dark future with the results of his research on genetic material, and dreamed of using his power to dominate the world. As a result he was shamed publically and had his reputation destroyed. However, the mad scientist continued his research, and succeeded in creating the ultranoid warriors, setting them loose on the world to do his bidding and crush the current world government.
