The Fancy Madam is a Host Club Mitsune Konno frequently visits. While on first appearance the club is staffed by men, the staff are actually all women crossdressing as men. In Love Hina: Secrets at Hinata Hotel, Naru Narusegawa and Motoko Aoyama pursue Mitsune to the club after Mitsune and Motoko's bodies were switched during the Living Souls Exchange ritual.
