The Pixie Empress is a character who appears in the Star vs. the Forces of Evil episode, "Pixtopia". She is the ruler of Pixtopia who has Star and her friends work off their debt in the Shard Mine after they run up Star's Magic Mirror bill with prank phone calls. At the same time she takes a liking towards Ferguson but not in the way he would expect.
