Each card has four independent tasks with a set target. Beating the requirements for each task will count as a completed section of a card, and completing all four sections of a card will reward the player with a unique item. There are twenty-five cards totaling a hundred tasks involving a particular game mode such as career, challenge series, or quick race. An additional ten cards, with forty tasks related to multiplayer, included in the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 releases.
