Bill was a newscaster on CNB during Day 2. Bill was on the air immediately after Eddie Grant's bombing of CTU Los Angeles. He turned the newscast over to a CNB field reporter who was standing outside the front entrance of the CTU building. ("Day 2: 11:00am-12:00pm")
